DokesPartners (DP) was developed by Dr. Destry Dokes as a sole proprietorship and operated accordingly for more than 15 years. In 2021, the company was structured as a limited liability company under Texas Secretary of State laws in which Dr. Dokes serves as the President and CEO. The current name (DokesPartners, LLC) reflects a strategic organizational change to intentionally acknowledge the authentic spirit of collaboration and partnering. The term ‘Partners’ in the DokesPartners name and insignia only reflects the organizations respect that success requires the affinity, affiliation, and appreciation for working with others. Our goal is to align our heart for service and our skills with your needs and work in a participative fashion to help you achieve meaningful engagement as required to cultivate positive performance and sustainability.
